Job Title: Sales Arborist

Location: Massillon, OH

We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Arborist to join our team to lead it to the next level. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for property owners, offering insightful guidance on the value proposition our team brings to their landscape.
  • Coordinate crew schedules, collaborating closely with them to deliver impeccable results for both new and established clientele.
  • Nurture and expand your designated sales territory, fostering its growth and supporting its ongoing success.
  • Thoroughly inspect completed projects to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations, leveraging satisfied customers for referrals and cultivating new business opportunities.
  • Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, demonstrating a keen understanding of their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our leadership team to pinpoint areas for enhancing the customer experience and driving company expansion.
  • Stay informed of the latest industry developments, market dynamics, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to refine our approach and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate actively in industry gatherings, trade exhibitions, and conferences to network with peers and showcase our suite of services.
  • Methodically track sales activities and maintain accurate records using our CRM software, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Business, or related field preferred.
  • ISA Certified Arborist certification is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales in the tree/landscape industry.
  • Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
